This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the "Town") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Overhead Door Repair and Maintenance, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The Town has forty-six (46) doors in thirteen (13) facilities across the municipality. The doors are overhead, garage or roll up doors that require annual preventative maintenance. The Town is seeking one contractor to provide all required annual inspections, preventative maintenance, and unscheduled service needs for the Town's doors.
