Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in The Blue Mountains, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The contract consists of: - removal of approximately 1275 square metres of existing sidewalk; - construction of approximately 1400 square metres of concrete sidewalks in the Village of Clarksburg as shown on Attachment 1. Sidewalk varies between 2.5 and 3 metres in width. The concrete surface between the back of curb and front of building shall be included as the work area. - The existing sidewalk is a mix of different materials and widths and is rough and in poor overall condition. - The work area is the commercial area of Clarksburg. Access to the store entrances must be maintained. The Contractor will be expected to clearly and continually communicate with the store Owners and Staff to coordinate their works and facilitate the needs of all parties Documents and addenda can be obtained at: https://thebluemountains.bidsandtenders.ca Award subject to final approval.
