Shortlisted Respondents will be invited to submit a tender for the Thornbury Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase 1A Effluent Outfall (Offshore Portion Only). This project is to construct the offshore portion of the effluent outfall, starting at the flange adapter connection located at the Grey Steet North unopened road allowance on the north side of Bay Street (Thornbury, Ontario) to the new valve chamber, and extending 1500 m into Georgian Bay.
