Site work for a road / highway in Troy, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Engineers Estimate $332,121.05 This project consists of a full replacement of the existing span-wire signal at Marybill Drive with a new mast arm signal and signal modifications at Dorset Road along SR-41 (W. Main Street) and establishing wireless communication with existing traffic signals in the W. Main Street corridor. All Contractors and Subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practical, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of this project. Bidders must comply with Davis Bacon federal prevailing wage rates, submit evident of his experience on projects of similar size and complexity and be ODOT prequalified. A bid guaranty as follows is required to accompany each proposal as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into: 1. A bid bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount, payable to the City of Troy, Ohio, or 2. A certified check, a cashiers check, an Official Bank Check, or a letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid amount, payable to the City of Troy, Ohio. The City of Troy reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids when to the advantage of the City and to select the best bid in its opinion. The City of Troy, Ohio is in compliance with ADA.
