Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Troy, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Board of Miami County Commissioners at 201 West Main Street, Troy, Ohio 45373, invites interested parties to submit statements of qualifications for professional design and engineering services for: 1) highway, 2) bridge, 3) water distribution, 4) wastewater collection and 5) property acquisition for the 2023 calendar year. It is the intention of the Board of Miami County Commissioners to obtain statements of qualifications from interested firms to be kept on file for calendar year 2023, in accordance with Ohios Design Professional Selection Law (Ohio Revised Code, Section 153.71), for projects with an estimated design fee of less than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00). Three (3) copies of statements of qualifications shall be enclosed in an envelope, sealed, and plainly marked on the outside "2023 TRANSPORTATION & UTILITIES STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATION Statements of qualifications shall be limited to fifteen (15) pages in 8 1/2 x 11 format and shall include a copy of current design pre-qualification status letter from Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) if available. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
