Renovation of a mixed-use development in West Hempstead, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of work includes Interior renovations to the H.S. Library, Music Suite, Family and Careers Room, Gang Toilets, Gym Addition at the Middle School and Door Hardware Replacement throughout the District. The Owner requires Bids comply with bidding requirements indicated in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner may, at its discretion, waive informalities in Bids, but is not obligated to do so, nor does it represent that it will do so. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. The Owner will not waive informalities which would give one Bidder substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all affected Bidders. Bids may not be withdrawn before 60 days following the Bid opening thereof, unless an error is claimed by the Bidder in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
