Demolish and replace the existing cooling tower, 230T chiller, condenser water pump, two chilled water pumps including all piping modifications, electrical modifications, makeup water modifications, and controls modifications. Modify existing primary chilled water distribution loop to block the downstream bypass. Flush, fill and vent system and provide cleaner and water treatment for the entire closed chilled water system and for the tower water system. Provide electrical modifications to accommodate the new work and replace lighting in the Mechanical Room. All work under this contract is to be included in a Single Prime contract to the successful bidder.
