Renovation of an educational facility in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Furnish all materials and labor for the General Greene chiller replacement project.A brief description of work in the project follows: The building central chiller will be replaced along with chilled water pumps and the chiller's ancillary equipment. Bids may not be withdrawn or changed for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. Minority businesses are encouraged to submit bids for this project. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented and to waive any informalities and irregularities. The goalsset for participation by MWBE firms assubcontractors have been set at 12.46%. GCS goal for goods and services has been set at 10%.
