Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Round Hill, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 21,584-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

As of October 28, 2024, construction is underway and confirmed will be complete January 2025. This project shall include construction of a new one (1)-story 21,584 square-foot facility with a 1,570 square foot mezzanine and associated site improvements. The project is located at 41 West Loudoun Street, Round Hill, Virginia 20141 (Parcel Identification Numbers 584-18- 5769-000, 584-18-2378-000). The facility will include administrative offices, a community room/training room, exercise room, bunk rooms, restrooms, showers, kitchen and dining areas, decontamination areas, supply storage, and mechanical areas, plus four (4) drive thru apparatus bays. The bond shall be in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the price specified in the Contract.
