The City of Manchester is seeking prequalification statements from construction contractors for a sewer rehabilitation and pipeline construction project that is scheduled to begin construction in spring 2021. The CMOM Program - Phase III, Sewer Rehabilitation and Repair Project - Contract 4 includes, but is not limited to, the following major elements of work: 1,665 LF of full length sewer replacements (12 to 24 diameter), 49,890 LF of full length CIPP liner (8 to 30 diameter), 471 LF excavated point repairs at 18 locations (8 to 15 diameter), 1,090 LF of internal spot repairs with CIPP liner at 118 locations (8 to 24 diameter) and manhole work (add 16 new sewer manholes and raise 7 existing frames/covers). Only prequalified firms will be allowed to bid on this project Construction contractors with extensive experience in CIPP construction projects of a similar size and scope are invited to submit prequalification statements for bidding on the City of Manchester's CMOM Program - Phase III, Sewer Rehabilitation and Repair Project - Contract 4 Each General Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price. The successful Bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and will be required to execute the Contract Agreement within 10 days following notification of the acceptance of his Bid.
