Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Burlingame, California. Completed plans call for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Burlingame intends to remove and replace existing pedestrian street lights, install new pedestrian street lights and new conduits and wiring along Broadway between El Camino Real and Rollins Road. Project work would also include removal and replacement of asphalt pavement and sidewalk for restoration purposes. The City rejected all bids for this project on April 19, 2021. The project is being advertised for bids today, April 27, 2021. Please note the updated licensure requirement: The Prime Contractor shall possess both a Class A license and C-10 license prior to submitting a bid. The City will not hold a pre-bid meeting associated with this project Prevailing wages are required on this Contract. The Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations determines the general prevailing wage rates.
