Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Georgetown, Delaware. Completed plans call for the construction of a 309,799-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
*As of February 08, 2023, project is currently Under Construction. Construction started for Bid Package A in October 2022, and December 2022 for Bid Package B. The Indian River School District (IRSD) has been approved to design and construct a new 2,200 student high school, of 309,799 square feet, with athletic fields, site improvements, and parking on existing district owned property. The site is located adjacent to the current Sussex Central High School, located at 26026 Patriots Way, Georgetown, Delaware Contact Information - joseph.booth@irsd.k12.de.us The Indian River School District will allow written requests for clarification of the RFQ. All questions shall be received no later than February 2, 2020. All questions will be consolidated into a set(s) of responses and posted on the State's Portal. All requests, questions, or other communications about this RFQ shall be made in writing to the Indian River School District. Address all communications to the person listed below; communications made to other Indian River School District personnel or attempting to ask questions by phone or in person will not be allowed or recognized as valid and may disqualify the vendor.
