The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials for this project which entails culvert replacement with a precast three-sided frame. Work also includes placing scour protection in the stream channel. Pavement limits include reconstruction of areas disturbed by construction activities as well as adjustment of the superelevation though an adjacent horizontal curve. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer.
