Site work for a residential development in Laguna Beach, California. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.

Contractor agrees to furnish all materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to construct 540 square feet of new L shaped free-standing deck with (1) one 36 wide staircase and (1) one 60 wide staircase. Deck construction will include: footing excavation and concrete pier installation; single picture frame border around perimeter; Black powder coated aluminum railing around perimeter of deck, top mounted 42 in height. Questions may be submitted in writing, via email to michelle.humphrey@parks.ca.gov through the end of day on Thursday, February 4, 2021. Answers will be emailed, by Monday, February 8, 2021 @ 4:00 PM.. Answers will be provided by Addendum which will be posted within the Bid Solicitation located on online. It is the responsibility of the bidders to download any addenda as needed. Required License: A - General Engineering Contractor OR B- General Building Contractor Project Duration: Sixty (60) calendar days days from the date of written notice to commence work. This time includes ten (10) calendar days allowed for the contractor to prepare to begin work. Anticipated start date: May 1, 2021. 6% DVBE participation is required for this solicitation. A DVBE incentive will be given to bidders who provide DVBE participation above 6%. All bidders must meet the full participation requirement based on the total bid amount in order to be considered eligible.
