Limited removal, repair and installation new EFIS siding and metal siding may also be required. The contract awarded under this solicitation shall be for a 12-month base period, plus four 12-month option periods to be exercised at the Governments discretion. The overall term of the contract shall not exceed 60 months or the total value of the contract shall not exceed $20 Million.
