Furnishing and delivering liquid aluminum sulfate to meet removal of phosphorus requirements of the Muncie Water Pollution Control Facility. Bids must be accompanied by either a certified check, bank draft or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder with a surety company in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the total bid submitted payable to the Muncie Sanitary District. The Board of Sanitary Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities in bidding.
