**As of July 27, 2022, project was awarded to W.R Dunkin dba Abel Construction ($110,000) and Shambaugh & Son dba Advanced Systems Group ($350,795).** The Work consists of Architectural, Audio-Visual Sound System, and Electrical work as indicated on the bidding documents for Project 2021 GOB - Auditorium Lighting & Sound Replacements Project at Delta High School. Work includes Project #1: New audio-visual sound and lighting systems and controls throughout the space. Project #2: Modification of existing acoustical panel ceiling system to accommodate stage lighting. The Work will be for a stipulated sum. Construction shall be in full accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by Odle McGuire Shook, Indianapolis, Indiana and its consultants dated May 20, 2022. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid shall accompany each Bid. Bid security may be in the form of a Bid Bond (A310), certified check or cashier's check. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance & Payment Bonds for 100% of the Contract Sum prior to execution of Contracts.
