Saving Project...

Renovation of a library in Corvallis, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

The work generally includes but is not limited to the construction of a new exterior roof system, a new exterior wall and window system, interior walls and ceiling improvements, interior doors and windows and finishes on the second floor of the Corvallis Benton County Library as described in the Plans. The work includes a new HVAC return and supply system specific to the new reading and meeting rooms as well as the rebalancing of environmental controls within impacted interior spaces. Work also includes modifications to the existing electrical system including new lighting and communication systems as well as renovations to the existing electrical systems. Architectural finishes include new ceiling systems and modifications to existing ceiling systems, and interior architectural wall systems and casework as described in the Plans. Masks and social distancing will be enforced at all times, and those in attendance will need to be COVID-19 symptom free. This is a public works contract subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
