Oregon State University ("OSU" and/or "Owner") is conducting a competitive Invitation to Bid (ITB) process to retain one construction firm to provide construction services in support of the remodel of the McNary Dining restrooms (the "Project"). In addition, the Project includes replacing the dish machine, and refreshing the Service Center desk area. Question Deadline: February 21, 2022, at 5:00PM PT Notice of Intent to Award By February 24, 2022 Estimated Contract execution By March 10, 2022 Estimated Notice to Proceed By June 12, 2022 OSU is seeking Bids only from firms accepted into OSU's 2019-2023 Construction Related Services Reserve Contracting Program. Firms not currently in the Reserve Program can apply for entry into the program by responding to the RFQ contained Electronically OSU is choosing not to publish the construction estimate
