DESCRIPTION OF WORK A. This contract is for the Contractor related construction, testing, and warranty work and other work related to improvements to the resurfacing of streets within the Eaglebrooke development and described in the Specifications. A summary of the work to be performed is described in the Invitation to Bid. Details for each work location are provided in the Appendix to this section. B. The work shall be performed such that newly resurfaced streets are not utilized or damaged by subsequent street resurfacing under this contract. C. Contractor shall provide a schedule for the work by street segment and provide a minimum of 4 working days' notice to the Engineer to allow the Owner to notify the property owners to have vehicles removed from the street. Milling and resurfacing of approximately 12,400 linear feet of existing pavement approximately 22-ft in width for the following streets. 1) Lake Eaglebrooke Drive 2) Lake Eaglebrooke Way 3) Osprey Landing Drive, Reflections Lake Drive to Dead End 4) Osprey Landing Way 5) Osprey Landing Pointe 6) Whisperwoods Way 7) Whisperwoods Drive b. Replacement of existing pavement markings.
