A feasiblity study is required as part of this RFQP which will help determine the best design & construction method for the new Center. Joint Ventures are encouraged. Preference for the joint venture to be with a company familar with Wayne County and the City of Detroit. Questions Due: Friday, February 12th at 3 p.m. Short listed teams contacted: No later than March 1st to submit proposals and schedule interviews Contract award: Week of March 8th.
