Site work and paving for a civil project in Atkinson, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Village of Atkinson s force main will be connecting to the Village s existing collection system at East Second. The sanitary sewer extension will include the construction of a 2810 LF of 4 force main, 2416 LF of 8 sanitary sewer main, 1 lift station, pavement and landscape restorations, and all related appurtenances. All dimensions are approximate. There will be no prebid conference for this project. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising prior to 48 hours before the opening of Bids. A payment and performance bond are required in connection with this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Bid for failure to comply with all requirements of this notice or any of the Bidding Documents; however, it may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion. The Owner further reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or to award a contract which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Owner.
