Clarification Deadline: 2/8/2021 11:00 AM The work includes: Demolition of the existing ADA ramp and disposal of all materials. Excavation, placement of reinforced concrete for sidewalks, ADA ramp and access tunnel, railings, overhead roof, pavement markings, and all other apparatuses for a complete project in place. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. PA Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply to this contract. All required permits and inspection fees are the responsibility of the contractor. No permit or inspection fees shall be waived as part of this project. All Bidders Must Be Prenndot Prequalified. Immediately following the due date and time, all bids received through PennBid will be opened online and referred to the Nescopeck Borough for final award. An abstract of the bids received will be available to bidders on PennBid following the date and time that bids are due as indicated above. Questions may be submitted through PennBid's "Questions" tab on or before 11:00 A.M. on Monday, February 8, 2021. Responses will be provided via PennBid to all registered parties. Nescopeck Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
