Renovation of a water / sewer project in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Plan Holders are requested to designate whether they are a prime contractor, subcontractor, or supplier if they want this information posted on the project Plan Holders List. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The Work Includes Spot Surface Preparation, Power Washing, and Overcoating the Exterior, Surface Preparing and Repainting the Interior Wet, and Spot Surface Preparing With Coating the Interior Dry of a 250,000 Gallon Single Pedestal Spheroid Elevated Tank. Exterior Power Washing and Logo Application on a 300,000 Gallon Single Pedestal Spheroid Elevated Tank Is Also Included. Work Also Includes Installation of New Fall Protection Equipment, Modifications to the Overflow Pipe Discharge, Replacement of the Tank Bell Door, and Replacement of a Tank Vent. The Town of Brookfield Sanitary District No. 4 reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
