Site work, new construction and renovation of a municipal facility in Arcadia, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,896-square-foot municipal facility.
Plans call for renovation of the former Marshfield Clinic building to convert it into city hall offices. The scope also calls for the construction of new stand alone garage & storage buildings for the police department. A construction manager has been selected. Please address all inquiries to the CM. Fowler & Hammer, Inc has been hired as the Construction Manager by the City of Arcadia. As the Construction Manager, Fowler & Hammer, Inc. will evaluate all submitted bids on a low bid or best value basis and recommend award to the City of Arcadia. Subcontracts and Purchase orders will be held between Fowler & Hammer, Inc. and the awarded bidder. In general, this project consists of renovating the former Marshfield Clinic building into the new Arcadia City Hall. Other work includes construction a new standalone garage and storage building for the Police Department. Project Requirements: - The Construction manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids. - Owner approval will be required on all bids. - Carefully examine and study all bid documents. - Bids are to be valid for 90 days after the bid date. - Only qualified bidders may submit a bid. - No bid security will be required unless specifically noted.
