Per the owner, as of February 7, 2022, this solicitation has been awarded. The owner has stated that solicitation is for design services only and there will be no construction. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: .......... The City is requesting proposals to provide professional engineering and design services including, but not limited to: 1. Project management; 2. Traffic engineering and analysis; 3. Public involvement; 4. Surveys and mapping (as needed); 5. Utility coordination (as needed); 6. Electrical design; 7. Construction plans and specifications; and 8. Bidding support and construction engineering. The award of this contract is subject to available budget adequate to carry out the provisions of the proposed agreement including the identified scope of work. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals determined not to be in the best interest of the City.
