Site work and paving for a civil project in Saginaw, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists improving 475 linear feet of WJ Boaz Road, beginning from the east side of the Old Decatur Road intersection to the east. This includes widening of WJ Boaz Road at the intersection of Old Decatur Road and transitioning to existing two lanes on the eastern connection. There are improvements being made to the existing raised median, the radius of the north-west corner oft he intersection, and updating the signals and striping to match the new lane configuration. Wage Rates :Attention is called to the fact that not less than the prevailing wage rates as hereinafter set forth in the Contract Documents, which are made a part hereof, must be paid on this project. BONDS: A performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond, each in the amount of not less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the contract and upon payment of all persons supplying labor or furnishing materials, will be requested.
