The project consists of the installation of a new traffic signal at the intersection of Bailey Boswell Rd. and Knowles Dr. The project includes but not limited to installation of traffic signal poles and arms, traffic and signal heads, vehicle and pedestrian detections, emergency vehicle preemption, traffic signal foundations, pavement markings and signs. The project also includes installation of new ADA compliant sidewalk, curb ramps and push buttons. A pre-bid meeting will not be required for this project. BIDS shall be submitted in sealed envelopes upon the blank bid form furnished. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, the Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject any or all bids. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days after date on which bids are opened. The Contractor hereby agrees to commence work within ten (10) days after the date written notice to do so shall have been given to him, and to complete the same in full within 150 calendar days
