Additive work includes construction of a 16-inch jack and bore under two box culverts. Q & A deadline: Nov 18, 2021 8:00:00 PM EST. Bidders bond made payable to the City of San Luis Obispo for an amount equal to ten percent of the bid amount as a guaranty. The City of San Luis Obispo reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or waive any informality in a bid.
