Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Raymore, Missouri. Completed plans call civil work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of March 12, 2021, this project has been awarded to Phillips Paving Company, Inc. in the total amount of $261,670.11. Bid Bond with bid in the amount of 5% of the total bid. Both a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract sum. Bonds will be due when contract is awarded to contractor. A one-year maintenance bond for total sum of project. The RayPec Board of Education will consider awarding a contract for this project to the lowest responsible bidder at the February 25, 2021, Board of Education Meeting. Thursday, February 18, 2021, Bid Tabulation submitted into Board Packet. Thursday, February 25, 2021, School Board meeting to review costs and bid recommendations, execute contracts and Notice to Proceed to be given. Tuesday, May 18, 2021, Pre-Construction Meeting. Tuesday, May 25, 2021, Contractor Mobilization and Preconstruction Activity to begin. (Students Last Day of Classes - Early Release.) Tuesday, June 1, 2021, Contractor has full use of site. (This will be in accordance with the contract documents and requirements determined at the pre-construction meeting.) Friday, July 23, 2021, Substantial Completion for Parking Lot and Flatwork.
