Fire Station 51: Renovate existing Fire Station living quarters. o Demo existing Living Area including Kitchen, Dayroom, Dorm o Renovate space to include Offices, Dorms, Kitchen, Dayroom, Apparatus Bay o Alternate bid to include renovation of existing Restrooms. The project shall comply with Fort Bend County Prevailing Wage Rates as published for the same quarter of the year as the GMP is issued. The Construction Manager-At-Risk shall provide incremental cost evaluation of the project.
