Renovation of a municipal facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Redesign their current kitchen space to maximize the storage with increased shelving (cabinets - consultant to assess load capacity), additional organizational capacity, and extension of countertop. The space should be designed around the existing equipment including photocopier, shredder, fax machine, water cooler, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, sink, dishwasher. The room needs new painting and non-slip flooring. Hot water tank: if beyond service life, a replacement will be required (consultant to verify). Appliances may not need to be replaced (consultant to assess and include in scope of work if replacement is needed). TIMELINE: Request for roposal for design was awarded. Project may be updated when it has been approved to bid for construction. Coverage is discontinued at this time.
