Demolition, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for the construction of a 20-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Installation of a number of new off-the-shelf but potentially customized prefabricated standalone washrooms, in various park or park-like locations around Vancouver. This initial pilot consists of four (4) Portland Loo single use washrooms to be installed in three (3) Vancouver park locations, and includes demolition of one existing fieldhouse. The scope of this RFP includes full services related to the pilot projects but also includes potential services related to additional future installations of Portland Loo or other prefabricated washroom structures, as may be requested by the City over a period of five years. TIMELINE: All trades are secured.
