Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Georgetown, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and fire / police facility.
To perform construction services of the PSOTC Tactical Firing Range Building located at 3500 DB Wood Rd, Georgetown on the site of the existing Public Safety Operations and Training Center. Proposals submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashiers Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the Citys Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening. Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal Complex, 300-1 Industrial Ave, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
