Williamson County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for Williamson County Juvenile Justice Center Addition. Williamson County intends to expand the operation and activities provided by the Juvenile Justice Center by constructing the following project: Construct the equivalent of a two-story addition and or remodel of the existing Juvenile Justice Center (approximately 69,000 square foot) to accommodate education, specialized housing, visitation, and recreation facilities. Additional work includes the installation of a new generator, and construction of a new remote restroom adjacent to the recreation storage shed. The project includes all utilities, drainage, parking, roadways, landscaping and walkways necessary to complete the project by July, 2024. The Construction Manager-at-Risk responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the guaranteed maximum price estimate, the Project construction schedule, coordination of building trades on site, quality assurance and overall construction sequencing and the acceptance of all structures by the County. The overall goal of the Project is to have an operational facility by the end of July, 2024.
