Please note FCS will allow a ten-minute grace period for attendance at this meeting. Any attendee not present in the meeting by 10:10 A.M. will forfeit their opportunity to participate in this proposal. Please keep in mind traffic, onsite parking, and vendor sign in when planning your attendance for this meeting. FCS desires work to be substantially completed within five weeks after job commencement. FCS may show preference to vendors that are able to complete work in this timeline. a) Specifications and drawings shall be a binding element of contract during solicitation and upon contract award between FCS and awarded contractor. b) Scope of Work and Specifications documents must be downloaded as attachment and shall be governing document regarding specifications and details. c) By submission of signed contract page as included with this Bid Document, the Bidder is agreeing to have read, understood, and is willing/able to comply with scope of work, specifications and drawings. d) Turn Key Project Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, machinery, labor, parts and supplies to successfully perform the work herein and shall include engineered drawings, materials, equipment, installation, applicable taxes, and insurance as specified. e) Drawings All bidders shall download the drawing document associated with this bid. The drawings indicate all required work highlighted in red. a. Contractor will be responsible for removal and replacement of approximately 3450 of gutter, downspouts, all associated trim and accessories. The estimated 3450 of work will be indicated in red lines on the drawing document. b. Contractor will be responsible for field verifying all dimensions and existing conditions. A pre-bid conference on site will be required as a condition for bidding. c. Contractor shall as close as possible match all existing colors and profiles to maintain a consistent appearance with the existing building. d. All downspouts are to be connected to existing drain leaders with the appropriate connectors. e. Downspouts that drain out onto flat roof sections shall be extended, and provided with spreaders to prevent loss of roof aggregate.
