Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work for this bid package includes Contracts for: #0330 Cast-In-Place Concrete Flat Work. Reference Specification Section 01 12 00 Contract Work Scope Descriptions for detailed listing of items included in each Contract. The site is located on the south edge of the Mall parking lot - south of the JC Penny department store. All bids must be sealed and marked for the appropriate contract for which the bid is submitted. The bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or corporate surety bond in an amount equal to five (5%) percent of the base bid, as bid security. No personal checks will be accepted. No bids may be withdrawn within 60 days after opening the bids. A bidder may withdraw his or her bid at any time prior to the date set for receiving bids, or authorized postponements thereof. Thereafter, bids may be withdrawn only after 60 days have elapsed after bid date, provided the City of Minnetonka has not acted thereon. Bids may be withdrawn only by written request. The City of Minnetonka reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive informalities and irregularities in the bidding.
