Renovation of a municipal facility in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 50,000-square-foot municipal facility.
Project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed. Hennepin County ("the County" or "Owner") expects to award a contract to the Proposer that offers the best value to the County based on the requirements of this solicitation. The Proposer selected for contract award will be deemed to be responsible and to have submitted a responsive proposal. Additionally, the selected Proposer is expected to complete the project without delays or cost increases. This project is a roofing project at Hennepin County Ridgedale Regional Center. The Regional Center the location for many important county functions such as District Courts, Human Services, Taxpayer Services and Library Services. The site is located at 12601 Ridgedale Drive, Minnetonka, MN. The roofing project is to include the replacement of approximately 50,000 SF of roofing.
