Renovation of a municipal facility in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Department of Military Affairs is seeking a contractor to furnish and install an approximately 6 high raised floor of 1,140 square feet in total located at Building 11-76, at Camp Ripley Training Center. The raised flooring will fill the room from edge to edge, terminating with two (2) ramps at both the interior door to the hallway exit as well as the exterior door to the outside/exterior exit (floor plan design attached hereto in, Exhibit C, Supplemental 1.) The raised flooring shall be finished in carpet and shall include 20 power and data boxes within the design; further details, specifications, duties and scope of work found below in the Specifications section. Cost includes all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, travel, mobilization and incidentals necessary for successful completion of work.
