Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Reclaim Bituminous Pavement 20,000 SQ YD Bituminous Pavement 8,800 Tons Concrete Curb and Gutter 3,700 LIN FT Pavement Marking 3,900 LIN FT The work to be contracted includes but is not limited to bituminous milling will be performed by others (City Public Works). Sweeping and clean-up behind the mill and trucking for bituminous milling will be included as part of this contract and must include continuous tandem or belly trucking without delay during milling operations. Side dump trunks are prohibited. Bituminous reclaim, concrete curb and gutter, grading, bituminous paving, striping, and turf restoration. Bids for bituminous milling must be based on quantities as stated in the Plans. Contractor to verify quantity and notify Engineer immediately of any discrepancy prior to bid date. The rehabilitation method designated for each street segment must consist of a combination of one or more of the following approaches:
