This project involves the interior demolition of portions of the staff facilities, including locker rooms, bathrooms, parts storage areas, and offices and renovations, expansions, and/or reconfigurations of the same as per the contract documents. The project also includes modification of one interior and one exterior man door to be replaced with a standup door capable of accommodating a forklift. The project also includes an in-kind replacement of an existing functional boiler and non-functional compressor. The project is located at CDTAs Troy Bus Division at 40 Hoosick Street, Troy, NY. It is the intention of CDTA to award a contract based upon bids it receives, but CDTA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
