Site work for a mixed-use development in Clymer, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Stadium Electrical Service Upgrade work at the Penns Manor Area High School/Athletic Field, Clymer, Pennsylvania. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, a cashier's check or the bid bond of an approved Surety Company, in an amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount of the proposal. Check or bond shall be drawn in favor of the "Penns Manor Area School District." No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening of bids. Work shall be started on the project not later than ten (10) days after notification by the Owner or Engineer to start work. The entire work shall be completed, ready for use, on or before July 23, 2021. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids, or to reject any or all bids.
