Renovation of an educational facility in Bluffton, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of September 20, 2022 a design team and General Contractor are in place and construction is almost complete. The scope includes: Replacement of doors and door hardware; Mass Notification System; Bullet-resistant entryways; Camera systems upgrade; Improve exterior lighting; Fencing; Building improvements for radio reception; Server room improvements; New cabling to support systems; New equipment; Sound and lighting systems; Playground Equipment and surfacing.
