The Whitfield County Board of Commissioners will receive sealed bids for INVITATION TO BID 6X4 Multi-purpose Excavator. It is the intent of this specification to describe a carrier mounted, single engine, full hydraulic telescoping boom excavator capable of excavating, grading, sloping, backfilling, etc., equivalent to a Gradall model XL4100. The unit shall be current production and the manufacturer's printed literature shall be submitted with the bid. Any questions about this Invitation to Bid shall be submitted in writing to the Public Works Director, DeWayne Hunt email: dhunt@whitfieldcountyga.com Whitfield County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for any reason, to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest. The county shall have the right to delete a unit item from the bid if necessary or proper in the sole determination of the county.
