Renovation of a mixed-use development in Missoula, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Missoula County Facilities Management is seeking proposals to repair/replace the main Courthouse roof(12,961 sq ft), the Courthouse Annex roof (11,050 sq ft), and the County Records Center roof (25,739 sq ft). See section 3 for specifications for each section Each proposal shall be accompanied by bid security made payable to Missoula County in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidders maximum bid price and in the form of cash, a cashiers check, certified check, or bank money order drawn and issued by a national banking association located in Montana or by any banking corporation incorporated under the laws of Montana; or a bid bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in Montana meeting the requirements of 18-1-203, MCA. The bid security shall identify the same firm as is noted on the bid proposal forms. The bid bond shall act as a guarantee that the bidder, if his bid is accepted, will promptly execute the contract, secure payment of worker's compensation insurance, and furnish a satisfactory faithful performance bond in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price and a payment bond in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price.
