Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a detention facility in Milton Station, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the addition of a 22,723-square-foot, one-story above grade detention facility; for the renovation of a 32,065-square-foot detention facility; and 9,666-square-foot detention facility.
Contract #2 - Building Scope of Work includes: All work in the construction of the new Provincial Correctional Centre addition as defined within the Contract #2 - Building documentation including integration into the Contract #1 - Foundation & Site Works as found works. The following sub-trades are to be bid directly to the General Contractors through the Bid Depository of the Construction Association of PEI: Mechanical; Electrical; Fire Protection. The closing date for the above sub-trades is 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 12, 2021 at the Construction Association of PEI.
