Per the owner, as of January 28, 2022, an award has been made for this solicitation. The owner states that the final draft was submitted to the planning commission on January 17, 2022 and should be adopted by March 2022 and then codified. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .................. The desired outcome of this work product is to produce examples of both; single family detached, and attached residential units such as, duplex, triplex and fourplex that utilize the six (6) architectural styles. Examples shall be shown as design renderings and photos (if available), architectural features shall be shown as isometrics, and there shall be an illustrated glossary of terms. This solicitation for Consultant Services does not obligate the City of Arlington to pay any costs incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of a Proposal. This solicitation does not obligate the City of Arlington to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services. Furthermore, the City of Arlington reserves the right to award the contract to the next most qualified Consultant if the selected Consultant does not execute a contract within thirty (30) days after the award of the proposal.
