Reference Number : 1448420 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-02-22 Please note that the work must be carried out between May 17 and October 29, 2021. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of opening of bids as well as a letter from an insurance company committing to provide a performance bond and a bond for the contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services each corresponding to 50% of the contract price. The City of Beaconsfield reserves the right to refuse any tender from a contractor or supplier who, during the two years preceding the date for the opening of tenders, has been the subject of an unsatisfactory performance evaluation. Any question concerning this call for tenders must be sent in writing at the latest, ten days before the date for the opening of tenders, to the attention of Mr. Frédéric Gauthier, Section Head - Projects, Public Works Department: frederic. gauthier@beaconsfield.ca . The City of Beaconsfield does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received without incurring any obligation or cost of any kind towards the tenderer (s). Performance bond and obligation bond for wages, materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
