Pearson School Board is issuing a public call for tenders to award a lump sum construction contract for the execution of the following work at Sherbrooke Sr School located at 313 W indermere, Beaconsfield , Quebec , H9W 1W1. : Improved drainage around the building; Replacement and addition of sumps; Replacement and addition of drainage pipes; Rehabilitation of infrastructure and paved areas and reshaping (schoolyard and bus landing ); Replacement of the water inlet (portion in civil engineering only); Addition of a base and conduits between the base and the electrical room for two future double electrical terminals; Repair of sidewalks and concrete slabs; Reprofiling of land at the perimeter of the building; All bidders must comply with the requirements contained in the tender documents, including the addenda. These can only be obtained through the electronic system. WORKS DURATION: The work required under this call for tenders will begin on June 26, 2023 and must be fully completed no later than August 25, 2023, the date on which provisional acceptance must be carried out.
