Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mukwonago, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Project involves approximately 11,285 S.Y. of pavement pulverizing, 2,675 tons of asphaltic concrete pavement overlay, 1,100 L.F. of concrete curb and gutter replacements, 5,720 S.F. of concrete sidewalk, curb ramp replacements, 16 catch basin replacements, storm and sanitary manhole rehabilitations, traffic control and restoration of disturbed areas. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bidder's attention is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Mukwonago reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to Village of Mukwonago at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to Village of Mukwonago equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to Village of Mukwonago as liquidated damages.
